Why we built it
Every parent we met knew their child was on the phone too much. Almost none could say how much, or on what.
So ScreenDetox makes the day visible — real numbers, app by app — then gives you limits that hold, and a way for a child to ask instead of sneak.
We’re not aiming for zero. Screens are part of school and friendship now; the aim is proportion.
